Ajax Whois is NOT encrypted. We believe you should have the right to customize the software you buy to your needs. So, if our source code is open, what are we selling? SUPPORT.
Just to give an added advantage to the members paying for support we shall always release the latest version for the paid members only. And also they will have a right to get an unbranded version.
The free membrs shall continue getting the free releases. As soon a new version will become available to the paid members the older one shall be available to free members.
Through our Support Center we offer our Members top-notch Customer Support for installation and Configuration issues. No question is too small, and no ticket is left unanswered. We have an internal policy of trying to make a first response to all of our tickets within one business day, and we try very hard to meet that goal.
If you were brought here through extensions.joomla.org, then you've probably already heard some of the feedback on our support. We wouldn't go so far as to say it's fanatical, but it's great nevertheless.
