i got this error v0.2.3 works fine but v0.3 does not work

i'll remove v0.3 does not work for me tested local and o two accounts at different servers (hosting providers) does not work at all ....
the module has ... var registerD = '&lt;?php echo $registerD; ?&gt;'; undefined at lest is seeing in the page source (&lt;b&gt;Notice&lt;/b&gt;: Undefined variable: registerD in &lt;b&gt;/home/yyyyy/public_html/yyyyy/modules/mod_ajaxwhois.php&lt;/b&gt; on line &lt;b&gt;77 )
i removed the var, now the search box appear but is saing after is starting search &quot;Permission denied&quot;

So, maybe i'll install later ... but now I will go with v0.2.3
