I installed wrongly first com_awaddon_0.4.1and then i uninstall it and get ajaxwhois.v0.4.unzipfirst .
i installed its moduele successfully, but i see this error for its component installation:

* JInstaller::install: There is already a folder called '/home2/island/public_html/en/administrator/components/com_ajaxwhois/'. Please initially check whether:
• the Extension is already installed
• the file names in the XML file are spelled correctly
• there are no XML files listed inside the extension.xml file
• all of the files (not including XML files) are correctly listed in the extension.xml file and there are no duplicate entries
• there is an empty folder listed from a previous installation attempt
* Component Install: Could not copy PHP install file.

i've seen inside administrator/component folder and /component folder and haven't found any folder related to this component!

please help me.

Hi, I have smelled that you are trying to install v0.4.1 on Joomla 1.5.x but v0.4.1 is not compatible with Joomla 1.5.x. For this you need version 0.5.1 for Joomla 1.5 Admin
