Hello,

Today I downloaded and installed the Ajax Whois component for Joomla.
When I type something in the field "Check Domain" the status is going to
"Checking" and it never changes anymore.

Can you give me a clue what is going on ?
Is it possible server settings of my ISP are causing this problem ?

And I have to close IE because it doesn't work anymore.

Hi,

So many factors can restrain Ajax Whois to work. If only the message checking is displayed, one of the factors can be due to Port 43 is blocked by your host on your server. Or it can be a permissions issue. Brows the forum for details. Or email your site details to Softuff Support.
