Hi Dear,

In have installed the Joomla Ajax Domain Whois Search in my joomla site 1.5.0

Everything is running fine, but unfortunately when I lookup the domain, the result never show up?

Could you please take a look? My site is at chinda.noads.biz/index.php?option=com_ajaxwhois&Itemid=2

I have changed the 'component' folder permission to '755', it does not work. Not sure if it is cause by port '43' block.

Hi, Possibly Port 43 is blocked by your host on your server. Regards, Admin

Hi Dear, It does not work for my localhost, either. I think it is not due to port '43'. Am I guessing right?

Hi, If it is not working on your localhost then their can be some other issue. If you are using Linux then there can be permissions issues for components/com_ajaxwhois directory. Please contact Softuff Support for more assistance. Regards, Admin
