AJAX Who Is is at...www.theaac.net/index.php?option=com_ajaxwhois&Itemid=58

I'm using Joomla 1.5.10 - I installed AJAX Who Is, created a form in JForms and when the form is submitted i get this error message and the form is not sent. Why?

Hi,

This might be an error issued by jForms but not Ajax Whois. Please look if I just go to the form link even then the error is there.
